The tour representative will be there to pick you from your specified destination in Gurgaon/New Delhi or the airport. The prepaid taxi will take you to Agra. The journey is not long but you can take a short tea break if you wish on the way. On reaching Agra you will check into your preferred hotel as per your budget. After a brief period of rest, you will proceed to see the Taj Mahal, which is like a dream in pristine marble. Make sure you do not travel on a Friday as Taj Mahal is closed for public viewing on this day. The monument is now UNESCO World Heritage site. It was built by Shahjahan built it in memory of his lovely wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

Later in the day, you must visit the very enchanting Agra Fort which is an exquisite monument in red sandstone. It is also referred to as Red Fort of Agra or the Lal Quila. After Viewing Agra Fort you can enjoy a nice Mughlai meal at a good restaurant in Agra. If you wish to have the sunset view of Taj you must visit Mehtab Bagh. For shopping, head straight to Sadar Bazaar or Kinari Bazaar. You will get very nice wooden and marble artifacts here. You can even indulge in some wonderful souvenir shopping. Once you are done with your breakfast, you must visit tomb of Itmad-ud- Daulah also referred to as "Baby Taj". It is tomb of Mizra Ghiyas Beg. The carvings and inlay work are just outstanding. It is so beautiful that sometimes it is also called "Jewel Box".

Later, you will check- out of your hotel and leave for Delhi. Enroute you will stop at Fatehpur Sikri also known as "Ghost City". This city was deserted because of the extreme scarcity of water. Visit the Buland Darwaza and Tomb of Salim Chisti. This city is made completely of red sandstone. Even though it is in ruins now, it still looks enchanting.

Once you reach New Delhi you will be transferred to your preferred hotel or you can proceed towards the destination of your choice. This is the end of your overnight Agra tour.
